چکیده
Abstract Soybean ( Glycine max ) is one of the major sources nutrition and used as a raw material for food source feed livestock. The efficacy soybeans on skin health includes their ability to reduce wrinkles pigmentation increase elasticity moisture content. Black soybean has been consumed worldwide long time, especially in Korea, medicinal against several disorders related skin. To evaluate whether its effect different based cultivar soybeans, three black cultivars collected Core collection Elite Line-1 (SCEL-1), Chung Ja-3 (CJ-3) Won Heuk (WH), were selected compare improving photoaging induced by ultraviolet rays (UVs). We found that SCEL-1 exhibited best among tested, treatment with this extract significantly reduced expression matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1), preventing degradation collagen 3D human model. In addition, application improved wrinkle- photoaging-related symptoms, such epidermal thickening, deficiency immune cell infiltration, an animal model established UV irradiation. Procyanidin B2 epicatechin isolated from inhibited MMP-1 biosynthesis UVB-irradiated dermal fibroblasts, these two components are likely more attenuated photoaging. Therefore, our results indicated exhibits good anti-wrinkle effects compared other cultivars, suggesting it represents excellent agent anti-photoaging.

Anti-Photoaging Effect of Jeju Putgyul (Unripe Citrus) Extracts on Human Dermal Fibroblasts and Ultraviolet B-induced Hairless Mouse Skin
Ultraviolet (UV) radiation stimulates the expression of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) and inflammatory cytokines. These signaling pathways participate in the degradation of the extracellular matrix and induce inflammatory responses that lead to photoaging. This study evaluated the antioxidant activity and the effect on MMPs and procollagen of putgyul extract in vitro. The anti-photoaging act...
متن کاملGarlic Supplementation Ameliorates UV-Induced Photoaging in Hairless Mice by Regulating Antioxidative Activity and MMPs Expression.
UV exposure is associated with oxidative stress and is the primary factor in skin photoaging. UV-induced reactive oxygen species (ROS) cause the up-regulation of metalloproteinase (MMPs) and the degradation of dermal collagen and elastic fibers. Garlic and its components have been reported to exert antioxidative effects. The present study investigated the protective effect of garlic on UV-induc...
متن کاملEffects of topical application of patchouli alcohol on the UV-induced skin photoaging in mice.
Ultraviolet (UV) irradiation, known to generate reactive oxygen species (ROS) excessively and elicit inflammatory response, is a potent inducer for skin photoaging. Overproduction of ROS in conjunction with the resulting inflammation stimulate the over-expression of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), which in turn causes degradation of extracellular matrix, leading finally to coarse wrinkling, d...
متن کاملAnti-photoaging effect of fermented rice bran extract on UV-induced normal skin fibroblasts
Rice bran contains various polyphenolic compounds with anti-oxidative activities, and it has long been known to inhibit melanogenesis. Cofermentation of rice bran with Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae significantly reduced the melanin synthesis of the resulting extract to B16F1 melanoma cells. However, anti-aging and anti-inflammatory effects of these fermented rice bran ext...

BACKGROUND Use of matrix-derived biologic scaffolds has become a treatment of choice in several clinical issues. This study assessed biochemical methods in production of three-dimensional scaffolds from human skin. METHODS Human skin was prepared from circumcisions, washed in phosphate buffer saline (PBS) and kept at -20ºC until use. The skin samples underwent various methods. In group A, Na...
